Please read the terms detailed below carefully, as they constitute a binding agreement between you and Hormezis Ltd. (the “Company”).
These terms are written in the masculine form for convenience only and are intended to apply to all genders.

The website icez.life (hereinafter: the “Website”) is used for the presentation of information, marketing, and sale of products imported or distributed by Hormezis Ltd. (the “Products”), including:
Ice baths
Water cooling chillers
Auxiliary equipment and support services
The Website provides services and information to both private customers and business/institutional clients.

2. Product Information
All specifications and descriptions on the Website are provided by the Company and are updated to the best of its ability.
Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur; the Company shall not be liable for any damage resulting from such errors or omissions.
Product images are for illustration purposes only, and there may be differences between the images displayed and the actual product.
The Company reserves the right to update the product selection, prices, website content, and inventory availability at any time and without prior notice.
Although Hormezis Ltd. supervises the information and its accuracy, the Company shall not be responsible for any outcome that may result from an error, omission, inaccuracy, or misleading information appearing on the Website. It is hereby clarified that the Company shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage and/or loss that may be caused by the data presented on this Website.
The Company reserves the right to replace, modify, and/or add products on the Website in accordance with its product portfolio and inventory. It is the responsibility of users to pay attention to pricing, which may also change from time to time. The content on the Website is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf.
The product prices displayed do not necessarily reflect the actual selling prices of the products, nor do they necessarily represent the lowest available prices. You bear sole responsibility for checking the market prices of the products you are interested in before submitting an offer or placing an order through the Website.
Where the Website contains links to other websites, the Company shall not be responsible for the content of those websites, the information published on them—including its completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or correctness—or for any other matter related thereto. 3. Placing an Order
Product selection and ordering are carried out via the Website in accordance with the provided instructions.
An order shall take effect only after it has been recorded in the system and payment has been approved.
An order for which confirmation has not been received by email or phone shall not be considered valid.

4. Registration and Use of the Website
A customer must provide a valid name, ID number/company registration number, address, telephone number, and email address.
Providing false or incomplete details may constitute a criminal offense and may result in order cancellation and civil liability claims.
The Company reserves the right to restrict access to the Website or refuse to provide services at its sole discretion.

5. Payment and Delivery
Payment is made via credit card or other agreed-upon methods.
All prices on the website are in NIS and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. The prices listed are per individual product.
Delivery Options:
Self-pickup from a logistics center
Home delivery
⚠️ Shipping costs are not included in the product price. Installation costs are separate.
Delivery Times for Private Customers: 3–5 business days (unless stated otherwise).
The company may request identification and documentation upon delivery.
Delivery is subject to the company’s designated distribution areas and any updates issued by the company.

Order Cancellation by the Customer
Orders can be canceled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law:
Within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Provided the product has not been used and is returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.
Custom-made products cannot be returned.
A cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount or 100 NIS applies—whichever is higher.
Shipping costs will not be refunded if the cancellation is not due to a defect in the product.

Privacy and Data Security
The company maintains the confidentiality of user information to the best of its ability.
There is a potential risk of unauthorized access – the user waives claims regarding such exceptional events.
Personal information is stored in the company’s database for purposes of:
Product delivery
Customer service and support
Sending information and newsletters with consent
The information may also be used for statistical purposes without personal identification.
The company may disclose information only:
For the purpose of delivering products
In case of a legal violation or court order

Warranty and Service
The company imports and distributes the products and is not the manufacturer.
The service on the website is provided “AS IS.” You shall have no claims, demands, or legal actions against the company regarding the features, characteristics, limitations, or suitability of the service for your needs and requirements.
The company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website without malfunctions.
Warranty Policy:
Private Customers:
Chillers – 1 year full warranty
Other products – 6 months warranty
Business/Institutional Customers:
Limited warranty only, according to the purchase agreement
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:
Physical damage or negligent use
Independent or unauthorized installation
Improper use or incorrect connection of water/electricity
Use of the products for cold water immersion is at the user’s sole responsibility.
The company is not liable for any health or legal damage resulting from such use.

Order Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel an order in any of the following cases:
Lack of stock or model change
Illegal activity or violation of the terms of use
Material error in the product details or price
Force majeure or external events preventing delivery

Intellectual Property
All rights on the website – including design, texts, images, code, databases, and trademarks – belong solely to the company.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
The trademarks on the site (whether registered or not), the names “Hormesis Ltd.” and “ICEZ,” and their associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the company. No use is permitted without prior written consent from Hormesis Ltd.
Jurisdiction
This terms of use is governed exclusively by Israeli law.
Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts in the Tel Aviv District.

Full warranty is provided to private customers only.
Business or institutional customers will receive a limited warranty, in accordance with the purchase agreement.
