A Life-Changing Choice | Ice Baths

As a professional athlete, I’m always looking for that extra edge, to be better for the next fight, whether in the boxing ring or in life’s arena. Cold immersions, at freezing temperatures, always leave me recovered for the next training session, sharper in thought, and ready for any challenge life throws my way.

I started ice bathing because of the intensity of my training.
The IceZ product excels, as does the place Ishay comes from and the sense of purpose.
The availability of a bath for daily immersion, combined with ease of use, makes IceZ a winning product.

“Prior to our family immersion process, there was a preliminary conversation with Ishay. Who directed us to see the different products and their actual installation in various locations. Including hands-on immersion experience. This already helped us make the right decision on which product to choose.
The installation process was very professional. Ishay spared no effort to carry out everything according to our exact wishes. With great patience, and he made us feel that it was truly important to him that it would be both functional and visually appealing. And that was very important to us.
Using the product is an experience in itself. Unlike immersions in various converted floor freezers, here you feel like you’re entering a product designed for this purpose from the start. It simply feels more comfortable and more proper. For us, every entry into the bath is a physical and mental experience, and along the way, it’s nice that it’s also visually appealing.
It should be noted that the service didn’t end after the installation. For any question or concern, we receive full guidance and excellent personal attention.

So if it wasn’t clear until now, we highly recommend (or rather, in the cold…) the product!”

I’ve had the magic bath (yes, really) for three months now.
I immerse in it daily, control the temperature remotely via the app, and enjoy a surge of energy every time I get out of the water!
Ishay delivered and installed the bath quickly and explained all its components to me!
I received excellent service, and my experience with the product has been nothing short of amazing!
Highly recommended!

I spent years living in freeze, In anxiety, in the fusion of disconnect, from my body, from my heart, from my spirit, I clung to my copings, the intelligences i could find to help me manage the isolate and aloneness of disattunement, and then i was found,
the shock of the ice water reminds me of this and it ignites me the wholeness that i am, that i always have been, underneath it all, there is warmth, there is goodness to be found, I am found, underneath all the layers and the sh*t.
Here i am In the layers in the sh*t.Here i am peeling away the tears, the heartache, the painn… I hold myself, I see myself in that space from afar, I am found again ,reborn, I can scream and shout and play,
there i was all along, coming back into aliveness never felt so good, and it is fair to recall that coming back into aliveness, ,holds the grief of the deadness ,and it is ok, It is all ok.

“After my first ice bath, I went and bought an inflatable ice bath, purely for the family’s health.”
“Within a few months, we made the decision to open an ice bath facility for the general public.”
“From our experience with ice, we realized we needed a solution that would provide peace of mind when it comes to water cooling.”
“At IceZ, we found a complete solution.”
“In addition to cold water, there’s also a filtration system, weather resistance, and design.”
“Beyond the benefits, Ishay Shani’s personal attention, knowledge, and professionalism give a feeling of security and enjoyment, allowing us to continue our work and provide health to the general public.”

“I started ice baths after increasing my running intensity. At first, I used a pod, adding ice bags daily. I realized it wasn’t sustainable — neither in terms of the amount of ice needed nor the temperature. A friend who had tried iceZ recommended it, so I bought the acrylic bath, and since then, I’ve been using it daily.”

“I came through a family member — I saw him, wanted to try it, and then experienced it with Ishay.
I knew this is something humans have done in nature for millions of years, and that we just need to imitate it. I regularly practice yoga and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
After doing it, I was on a high — I felt like I could take on the world!”

“I had many concerns, and the first time I tried it, the pain was intense and I couldn’t stay in the water. Now I can say it’s all in the mind; once I’m in the water, I already feel relaxed and alive. The feeling is like crossing the finish line of a triathlon.”

“The tub works wonders for cell renewal and strengthening the immune system.
The shock the body receives — the physical stress — affects the body/cells in a unique way.
I felt that what was hardest for me when entering/experiencing it was the mental challenge: the willpower to stay in the water and tell my body that it’s okay.
Physically, it was cold, even painful. But once I overcame the mental part, it freed me from a psychological barrier. After that, I felt capable of doing anything.”

I tried it after hearing about the ice bathing experiences.
Even in the Wim Hof workshop, I was drawn to the challenge and the benefits it could have for the body in terms of resilience and coping ability.
The experience is incredibly invigorating, and the feeling lasts throughout the day. It’s like an adrenaline rush that lasts all day.
The desire to prove that you’re capable also plays a role.
