Hagai Pagirski is an Israeli businessman and entrepreneur, known for his involvement in sports and tourism. He served as chairman of the Israeli Triathlon Association, during which time participation in triathlon competitions in Israel increased by about 20%.

In 2014, together with former footballer Haim Revivo and Uzi Shalom, Pagirski launched a business venture selling caravans for residential and recreational use. The site, located at the Ramat Hasharon Tennis Center, offers a variety of caravans in different sizes and finish levels. The company reported strong interest and several sales already during the pilot phase.

Pagirski served as CEO and owner of Country Ramat Hasharon and later as CEO and owner of Great Shape Ramat Hasharon, spending over 30 years in the sports club industry.

Pagirski is a lawyer by profession and holds a master’s degree from King’s College London.
